Shipping is FREE for all retail orders totaling $50.00 or more! (US orders only) Flat rate of $7.95 shipping applies to orders under $50.00. All orders are normally shipped the same day or within 72 business hours via Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS ground.
We do not ship international orders. We can only ship products to the contiguous United States.
We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico unless special shipping arrangements are made prior to placing an order.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email normally the next business day, which will provide your tracking number. If you place your order by phone or mail, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone.

PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: When paying by check, your order will be shipped after
your check has cleared (allow up to 10 days). When paying by money order, your order will be shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of your money order.

It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for shipping. Because UPS charges us a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. We stress the importance of a complete address including your street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. An address correction fee will apply if the information submitted is inaccurate.
